La celebraci\u00f3n del SIMA cont\u00f3 con grandes profesionales del sector inmobiliario. Los fondos europeos han protagonizado el discurso, dado que su recepci\u00f3n dentro del sector har\u00e1 posible que se salde la deuda pendiente con la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad, pero tambi\u00e9n se ha recalcado la importancia de estrechar lazos entre las administraciones y las empresas con el fin de facilitar el acceso de la vivienda por parte de los j\u00f3venes. Se apostar\u00e1 por sostenibilidad, pero dejando al margen el ecopostureo, creando y rehabilitando viviendas con alta eficiencia el\u00e9ctrica y cumplimiento de la teor\u00eda de las tres E’s “estrategia, equipo y equilibrio de fuerzas”. SEPES ha puesto a disposici\u00f3n del ministerio suelos en las zonas m\u00e1s tensionadas para desarrollar vivienda residencial. En cuanto a alquiler, se habl\u00f3 de modelos como coliving y coworking, ya que para muchos jovenes el allquiler es una alternativa y un plan B debido a la falta de liquidez. G\u00f3mez-Pintado hizo alusi\u00f3n a que en Alemania, Francia e Italia se est\u00e1 alentando la compra frente al alquiler, argumentando que “el help to buy est\u00e1 funcionando muy bien, y creemos que el Gobierno espa\u00f1ol deber\u00eda articularlo a trav\u00e9s de avales”.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
